Web form and email only. Venuo doesn't read WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls or PDFs, and doesn't promise more bookings.
What happens after you say yes
From your email to your first reply.
You email or call
Send the pilot email (venue name, website, contact, phone) or call 063 611 2952. Chris calls you back to check the desk fits your venue.
You read the papers
You get the pilot terms and the operator agreement (how Venuo handles your couples’ details) as PDFs, before you pay anything.
You sign and pay
Sign both, then pay R999 incl. VAT (R868.70 + R130.30 VAT) through a Paystack link. Your tax invoice arrives the same day.
Set-up sitting
About 30 minutes: packages and prices, blocked dates, at least two viewing times a week, closed days. Chris sets it up.
Connect and test
You add the desk to your web form or forward your enquiries to it, and we send test enquiries together.
Go-live, on drafts
Within 15 working days of payment and signature, whichever is later. Your 30 days start here, with 3 days of drafts. Auto-send starts only on your written yes.

The terms
What if you miss the 15 working days?
If we miss them through no delay of yours, you may cancel by email and get a full refund, with a VAT credit note. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays; the clock pauses only while we wait on you for set-up facts or your form or forwarding change.
Is there a refund if it doesn’t work for us?
Yes, in month 1: if no couple confirms a viewing in your first 30 days, your R999 is refunded, as the pilot terms set out. A viewing counts when the desk replied to that couple during the 30 days and you confirm the couple agreed a viewing date and time.
Can we stop early?
Yes, any time, by email. One tap in any 07:00 email also stops all replies within a minute. The fee isn’t refunded pro rata, but the two refunds above still apply.
What happens after 30 days?
Nothing renews by itself. If you want to carry on, it’s R999 a month; bigger venues pay by enquiry volume. The plans come with the agreement, and you choose one in writing.
Is there a discount or a free trial?
No. Every pilot is R999 incl. VAT with set-up included, so every venue is on the same footing.
